Simone Giangiordano is a self-financed MBA from the New York Institute of Technology, nearly 2 decades experience in the corporate world and more than 14 years’ experience as an entrepreneur, trainer, and business coach. 

This despite being told by multiple doctors that she should not work and to just get on permanent disability because of her chronic health issues. 

Simone, also known  as Simone G, is the is the founder of BalanceUP® Community and is the creator of the Building Balance to Empower programs, including her signature program The Power of I Can’t. She is a business and lifestyle coach who has helped hundreds of clients create a business that works for their unique lifestyles. 

She believes to her core that the world is a better place when we each live our best life, but unfortunately there are millions of people struggling to do that because of chronic illness. 

Simone was forced to leave the corporate world because of her health and had to shut down her business three times in the first 5 years. But she was determined to not let that define her. She knows that you are more than your health; you’re more than any illness. 

She has experienced first-hand the stigma, shame and doubt around invisible illnesses. More than helping clients build a business that supersedes their challenges, she helps them bring consistency to their day-to-day life, overcome their limitations, and grow their business so they can share their gifts with the world. 

Originally from Pennsylvania, Simone now lives in Florida lives with husband Steve and their three dogs Buddy, Peppi, and Josie.
